Visionpool Business Services is hiring an Infrastructure Specialist to perform duties related to the upgrade of Windows 11 endpoints to the latest release, including upgrading Microsoft365 Apps for Enterprise, using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) as the deployment and configuration tool. This Resource is required to be ON SITE IN REGINA, SK 2 DAYS PER WEEK. Responsibilities: Implement the Windows 11 and M365Apps upgrade process and ensure there is a smooth transition with minimal disruption to services. Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) Creating, testing, deploying, maintaining Windows 11 Operating System Deployment task sequences, including in-place upgrades and fresh builds Manage drivers, driver packages for Operating System Deployment Updating and/or upgrading MECM servers and infrastructure Software installation packaging, scripting, and automation, including M365Apps Operating System and Software Updates Co-management and Intune Provide expertise in technology stacks related to deploying and managing Windows 11/M365apps, including, but not limited to: Group Policy, PowerShell, Active Directory/Azure/AzureAD, USMT, Windows Store, Windows Update, DNS, and more. Provide expertise, guidance, training, and knowledge transfer to junior analysts. Develop process, procedures, and documentation as it relates to the ongoing maintenance of Windows 11/M365Apps. Qualification: Diploma/certificate in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited post-secondary education institution. Minimum 4 years related experience as follows: Advanced Windows administration skillset. Advanced Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager skillset. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Domains, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP. Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, VBScript, Windows Command Line.
