For more information, please visit Role Description This is a contract, on‑site role located in Oakville, ON, supporting various positions for the Appleby Summer Programs. The Seasonal Staff will be responsible for daily supervision and engagement of program participants, facilitation of activities, ensuring participant safety, and maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment. Additional responsibilities may include preparing and organising materials, maintaining facilities and equipment, and supporting program coordinators as needed. This role involves direct interaction with students to foster their educational, recreational, and personal development experiences. Qualifications Strong leadership, organisational, and time‑management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues Experience in instructional, facilitation, and mentorship roles, particularly in educational, recreational, or camp settings Ability to ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain a positive and inclusive environment Adaptability, creativity, and enthusiasm to meet the diverse needs of participants Experience in arts, sports, or other extracurricular areas is a strong asset Current Standard First Aid and CPR certification is required Previous experience working with youth is an asset Seniority level Entry level Employment type Contract Industries Primary and Secondary Education #J-18808-Ljbffr
