Sr Project Manager (Infrastructure & Operations) Permanent, full‑time position. Reporting to the Director, Infrastructure Delivery, the Senior Project Manager leads large, high‑risk infrastructure projects with significant business impact. The role ensures projects are clearly defined, planned, and delivered while managing scope, cost, schedule, and risk. Collaboration across business and technology teams is a key focus, promoting best practices and driving organizational success. This role leads the implementation of solutions that may require the modification of business processes, systems, and/or products and can demand significant departures from traditional approaches. What you will do Lead and execute infrastructure‑related projects, aligning them with business and technology goals and ensuring adherence to established plans, standards, and controls. Manage relationships with senior stakeholders, partnering in the development of strategic and operational plans. Communicate project outcomes effectively to optimize the pursuit of intended benefit and value. Oversee resource management across multiple projects or initiatives. Resolve scope, cost, schedule, resource, quality, and risk issues within a shared governance structure. Develop and manage an effective delivery network across project managers and other leaders, providing feedback to people leaders on performance, development, and resource assignment. What you will bring to the role 5–10 years managing large infrastructure‑related projects. Demonstrated experience with various project management frameworks, including Waterfall, Hybrid, and Agile, and the ability to adapt them within high‑complexity projects. Experience managing business and technical executive stakeholder relationships across diverse areas with converging interests, and the ability to informally lead and influence in a complex environment. Business, technical, and financial acumen applicable to the project and business landscape. Understanding and adherence to control standards, audit practices, compliance, and related requirements. University or college education in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required. Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certification considered an asset. Competency with Clarity preferred. Base salary ranges from $63,500.00 to $117,400.00 annually (base only; variable compensation components such as bonus or commission are not included).
