In this overnight position from 11 PM to 7 AM, you will assist the Team Leaders while supporting the Operations Team. You will handle order releases, prepare trailer maps, and respond promptly to customer inquiries. Strong communication and time management skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete and release scheduled orders from EXE inventory
• Prepare trailer maps and validate loading processes
• Create Bills of Lading electronically and manually
• Distribute incoming mail per delivery guidelines
• Maintain relationships with drivers and staff
Requirements:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Minimum 2-3 years in shipping or warehouse roles
• Forklift certification or experience preferred
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
