Sonical is looking for a Senior Functional Consultant MD365 BC , with tons of passion and heaps of expertise. The ideal candidate has experience in reviewing and mapping business processes while visualizing how MD365 BC will help to achieve the goals of our client . You know your way in finance, supply chain, production and warehouse processes. You have enough experience to be able to challenge customers in their AS-IS processes to improve the TO-BE situation. You know all ins and outs of a top-notch D365 BC configuration, tailored to the customer’s need. You are familiar with the integration of quality add-ons, and you can functionally manage integrations to 3rd party systems. You can match business processes to the standard features of D365 BC and detect where customization is in order. Your focus is to adapt customer business processes to standard D365 BC functionality rather than trying to maximize customizations. You are fully convinced that implementing standard BC functionality is in the best (long term) interest of the customer. You cover every step of a successful D365 BC implementation: business analysis of customer processes, functional analysis of customizations, prepare and own workshops, oversee development and testing efforts, cover quality user training, govern master data and cut-over data collection and upload into D365 BC. You understand the business‑critical impact of what we do. In case of emergencies, you go all the way to fix what needs to be fixed. You know how to manage and motivate junior consultants assigned to your projects. You focus on improving their consultant skills, you delegate tasks they can handle for you, while ensuring a quality customer experience of Sonical services provided. You are available to coach junior consultants that run into customer service issues they cannot handle. You focus on teaching them: improve their troubleshooting skills, share your experience on D365 BC functionality and ensure customers get quality solutions to their operational challenges. You join our team of expert consultants that can participate in the presales process; ensure you get all information you need to stage and provide product demonstrations that simply leave customers no other option than to go for the quality and expertise Sonical stands for. WHY YOU. You have minimum +5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant with MD365 BC projects. With a strong client service orientated mindset, you take an active role in executing projects; You are an expert in working on functional designs, configurations and process alignment with a generalist view across all BC Modules; Your bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Processes/Administration is a plus, but your motivation, drive and subject matter expertise is more important.
