Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Electrical Designer at MAC Engineering Inc. The Electrical Designer will be responsible for tasks related to electrical design, PLC control systems and power distribution/systems, and ensuring efficient project execution. Qualifications PLC Panel Layout Design, Control Schematics, Field device I/O Loop Schematics, JBL Layout, Cable Interconnection Diagram, Conduit & Cable Termination Sheet, Network/Telecommunication Interconnection E‑house design, voltage drop/tray fill/lighting calculations, tray, grounding, electrical equipment layouts, lighting, MV and LV SLD, schematics, lighting panel and cable schedules Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD Exceptional attention to Quality and Accuracy Proficiency with Electrical codes and standards Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills Diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology or related Engineering field Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full‑time Job function Engineering and Information Technology Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at MAC Engineering Inc. by 2x Get notified about new Electrical Designer jobs in Calgary, Alberta, Canada .
