Votre mission :

  • Piloter le processus de recrutement de A à Z : du sourcing à l'intégration des nouvelles recrues.
  • Déployer des stratégies innovantes pour identifier et attirer les meilleurs talents en technologies de l'information.
  • Construire et gérer un vivier de candidats qualifiés pour anticiper les besoins futurs de l'entreprise.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les gestionnaires de comptes pour proposer des profils en adéquation avec les attentes des clients.
  • Rédiger des offres d'emploi percutantes et assurer leur diffusion sur les canaux appropriés.
  • Effectuer des entretiens (téléphoniques et en présentiel) et évaluer les candidats tant sur leurs compétences techniques que sur leur adéquation culturelle.
  • Assurer un suivi rigoureux des candidats et offrir un accompagnement (coaching CV, préparation aux entretiens).
  • Négocier les taux, les salaires et les conditions des candidats à tout moment.
  • Suivre les tendances du marché et proposer des solutions innovantes pour optimiser le processus de recrutement.

Profil recherché :

  • Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, ressources humaines ou domaine connexe.
  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en recrutement TI.
  • Maîtrise des outils de sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job boards, etc.).
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication, négociation et gestion de la relation candidat.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (écrit et oral).
