Overview Overview At FutureCare our Regional Dialysis Nurse Manager will oversee operations for nursing services and patient care of hemodialysis facilities at all FutureCare locations to ensure the safe, therapeutic nurse management of End State Renal Disease patients (ESRD). This role reports to the Director of Dialysis Services. Salary $120.000K #INDDIR The salary mentioned above reflects the potential base pay range for this role. Bonuses or other incentives (if applicable) are offered separately and paid pursuant to the relevant program schedule. All employment offers will consider such factors as overall experience, job-related qualifications, location, certifications/training, etc. Responsibilities Oversee and supervise all staff on performance and skillset Responsible for both patient and staff scheduling Maintain patient, physician and Nurse Practitioner medical records Ensure all dialysis centers maintain productivity while keeping within the fiscal budget Met standard of quality care and excellence with respect and dignity Participate in core team meetings, clinic CQI/ GB programs and Risk Management Foster open communications with attending Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and other healthcare professionals regarding patient care Create, implement, and administer policies, procedures and resources to ensure safe, appropriate treatment of patients Keep abreast of all CMS, CDC and ESRD NetWork guidelines and recommendation and Corporate policies to ensure compliance within the dialysis department Ensure that all dialysis clinics are maintained in survey ready status Develop rapport with patients or hospital partners and manage patient concerns appropriately Qualifications Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Maryland** Master’s Degree Preferred Bachelor’s Degree Required Minimum of 2 years ofexperience required in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experienc Minimum of 2 years of experience in dialysis preferrbly Ability to learn other systems applicable to Clinical operations Demonstrates leadership abilities Sound decision making and judgement skills Effective communicator and an agent of change Proven ability to provide clear direction and delegation to staff Must posses a strong ability to identify and solve complex problems with rational thinking skills Organizational and management skills are essential Equal Opportunity Employer FutureCare has a longstanding policy of providing a work environment that respects the dignity and worth of each individual and is free from all forms of employment discrimination, including harassment, because of race, color, sex, gender, pregnancy, age, religion, national origin, citizenship, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, physical or mental disability, military or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
