JOB DESCRIPTION: $72-$74/hr - North York, Kitchener, Winnipeg & Calgary - Hybrid 2x a week Insight Global is looking for a Application Developer to be a key member of the Delivery Team, responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining enterprise applications with a strong focus on Guidewire PolicyCenter. This role ensures that solutions are implemented according to business and IT principles, leveraging best practices for configuration and integration. The developer collaborates closely with solution analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, maintainable solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 4 + years in application development roles 3+ years of Hands-on Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration experience (Product Model, UI, forms, validations, rating) Technical Skills: GOSU, Java, SOAP/REST APIs, Guidewire plugins. Familiarity with CI/CD tools (TeamCity, Jenkins) and version control (Git, Bitbucket). Experience supporting integration with downstream systems (e.g., Claims, Billing, external services). NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Certifications: Guidewire PolicyCenter certification preferred.
