Position: Full Stack Engineer (React, Ruby)

Location: Remote - Canada /US


This role is crucial in building tools to streamline our marketing workflow, which currently involves multiple manual processes. The ideal candidate will have experience working with React on the front end and should have a solid understanding of backend systems to collaborate effectively with our backend engineers.


Key Responsibilities:


Front-End Development: Lead the front-end development using React to build and enhance visualization tools that simplify campaign scheduling and other marketing processes.

Back-End Knowledge: Collaborate with the backend team to ensure seamless integration between frontend applications and backend systems. Basic knowledge of backend development is required.

Machine Learning Integration: Work with the team to integrate machine learning into our workflow, allowing personalized targeting and campaign optimizations.

Data Visualization: Build effective visualizations for marketing insights and personalization, making it easier for marketers to explore and use data for promotions.

Workflow Automation: Streamline marketing workflows by replacing manual processes with efficient, automated tools.


Requirements:


Proficiency in React: Must have extensive experience working on front-end development with React.

Backend Knowledge: Experience with backend technologies with Ruby on rails - (preferably Node.js, Python, or similar).

Experience with Machine Learning: Familiarity with integrating machine learning models into front-end tools.

Visualization Expertise: Strong skills in building data visualizations for marketing or similar use cases.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with backend engineers and marketers to create a seamless user experience.
