Queen City Distillery is currently seeking to fill the role for an Assistant Manager at our Regina location. Responsibilities Prepare and adjust weekly staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage. Coordinate with team members regarding availability and shift changes. Act as a visible leader on the sales floor, supporting staff and engaging with customers. Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve in‑the‑moment issues or questions. Support Inventory Manager with regular stock counts and reconciliations. Help identify and report stock discrepancies or issues. Receive and verify incoming stock against purchase orders. Organize and stock products in backroom and sales areas. Issue purchase orders after vendor quotes are approved. Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Assist with training, store opening/closing, and ensure strict adherence to SLGA compliance and ID verification protocols. Maintain store standards and assist with compliance and safety protocols.
