Background in Orthopedics, medical devices, or healthcare education is a plus.* **Experience:** 3–5 years in medical education, training, or related healthcare fields. Experience in instructional design, HCP training, or CME is valuable.* **Technical knowledge:** Strong understanding of Orthopedic procedures and products.* **Skills and competencies:** + Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills. + Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. + Customer-focused mindset and business acumen. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital education tools.* **Preferred experience:** Sales/marketing exposure within medical device or pharmaceutical industries.**You.
