About the Company Our client is a globally recognized apparel & accessories organization with a multi-brand portfolio spanning men’s and women’s categories. The Role The Vice President, Production leads end-to-end global production across multiple brands and categories. This executive role requires a decisive, process-driven leader with deep technical expertise and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment . Qualifications 10+ years of senior apparel production leadership Experience across men’s & women’s , multiple brands and categories Mandatory big-box retailer experience , including Costco Deep knowledge of global manufacturing and technical production Strong negotiation, decision-making, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, SAP, CAD & Mac OS Willingness to travel internationally Key Responsibilities Drive global production strategy with overseas teams and vendor partners Optimize cost, quality, speed, and scalability across brands Introduce innovations in manufacturing, fabrics, and construction Production & Operations Own the vendor matrix, production calendar, and purchase order lifecycle Ensure visibility from proto through bulk; manage compliance, quality, and delivery Lead capacity planning, costing accuracy, and material commitments Oversee global logistics performance and production KPIs Partnerships Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Design, Merchandising, Planning & Logistics Manage vendor and factory relationships; ensure big-box compliance (e.g., Costco) Represent the brand at factories, trade shows, and sourcing meetings Leadership Lead and develop a high-performing global production team Build a culture of accountability, execution, and continuous improvement Seniority level Not Applicable Employment type Full-time Job function Production and Product Management Industries Retail Apparel and Fashion Montreal, Quebec, Canada – CA$180,000 – CA$230,000 This range is provided by Evlv.
