Technical Support Engineer – Mastercard Mastercard powers economies and empowers people in 200+ countries and territories worldwide. Overview Dynamic Yield seeks a Technical Support Engineer to ensure customer satisfaction by promptly resolving technical issues and providing comprehensive support for our software offerings. The role requires deep technical knowledge of the Dynamic Yield platform to help customers effectively use our solutions on their websites. Responsibilities Take ownership and resolve complex technical issues with high customer satisfaction. Conduct screen‑share sessions with top enterprise brands. Multitask and prioritize incoming tickets via chat and support portal. Participate in and lead internal support initiatives. Rapidly learn about SaaS and web development. Key Requirements 2+ years of experience in a similar role at a SaaS or web company. Hands‑on application support experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Familiarity with browser dev tools, local overrides, debuggers. Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
