Browns Shoes seeks a passionate, reliable Stock Associate for its fashion retail team. You will receive incoming stock, maintain organized storage areas, and support sales associates. The position suits customer-focused candidates who work independently, collaborate effectively, and stay active throughout shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and organize incoming stock accurately
- Keep sales floors, shelves, and aisles stocked
- Maintain clean, safe, organized stockrooms
- Resolve inventory discrepancies with management and teammates
- Support sales team needs while prioritizing customers
Requirements:
- Customer-focused attitude and outstanding service commitment
- One or more years of stock associate experience, or passion for helping people
- Self-motivated, results-driven approach to daily work
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Comfort staying active during shifts
