Strong understanding of advisor onboarding processes and digital client engagement strategies. Experience with Smart Forms and digitized onboarding design and implementation, including data validation and workflow automation. Familiarity with proprietary digital technology environments and secure authentication practices. Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum) and tools (JIRA, Confluence) and ability to write clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with e-signature platforms and digital document management. Knowledge of regulatory requirements for advisor onboarding in Canadian financial services. Familiarity with API integrations for digital onboarding solutions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
