UX Designer - Senior

Location : Toronto /3 day Hybrid

Duration : 130 days


Must haves:

• 7+ years in creating effective, user friendly and visually appealing application interfaces.

• 7+ years in designing user interfaces for various projects such as web and mobile applications.

• 7+ years in user centered design approach, rapid testing and iterate the design.

• 7+ years in conducting user research, interviews, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.

• 7+ years designing and delivering wireframes, user stories, user flows, user journeys, mockups and prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.

• 7+ Agile Methodologies

• 7+ years in experience identifying design problems and devising elegant solutions.

• 7+ years in excellent communication Skills

• 7+ years in experience making strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.

• 7+ years in experience gathering user feedback to configure existing interfaces.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop effective, user friendly and visually appealing user interfaces for the RNLP application.

• Interacts with the business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand their requirements.

• Design user interfaces based on user interaction and performance.

• Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge and experience in creating effective, user friendly and visually appealing application interfaces.

• Experience in designing the overall functionality of the product, ensure a great user experience, iterate upon it in accordance with user-testing.

• Experienced with user research, interviews, and translation into user flows, user journey maps, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.

• Experience with AODA designs.

• Experience with designing and delivering wireframes, user stories, user flows, user journeys, mock-ups and prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.

• Experience with Angular and Angular Material designs.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years in creating effective, user friendly and visually appealing application interfaces.

• 7+ years in designing user interfaces for various projects such as web and mobile applications.

• 7+ years in user centered design approach, rapid testing and iterate the design.

• 7+ years in conducting user research, interviews, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
