What You’ll Be Doing Lead structural design and project delivery for a wide range of building projects—commercial, institutional, residential, and healthcare. Oversee the work of junior engineers and technologists, providing mentorship and technical guidance. Manage client relationships and actively participate in business development, proposals, and project pursuits. Collaborate across disciplines to ensure coordinated, innovative, and high-quality design solutions. Conduct site reviews, construction administration, and respond to RFIs and site issues as needed. Contribute to strategic planning and help shape the future of our structural team in Calgary. What You Bring P.Eng. designation in Alberta (APEGA) and a degree in Civil/Structural Engineering. Strong business development acumen with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Excellent knowledge of building codes, structural systems, and design software.
