The Wine Shop seeks a Sales Associate with customer service excellence and point of sale experience. Flexible scheduling includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
This Sales Associate delivers superior shopping experiences for every customer. The position supports purchases, product information, cash handling, and merchandising. Candidates need two years of customer service experience, Smart Serve Certification, and Windows application knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and total customer satisfaction
- Assist purchases and provide product information when required
- Support product shipments and merchandising activities
- Clean shelves and display units lightly
- Handle cash and balance the till accurately
Requirements:
- Two years of customer service experience required
- Demonstrated guest or customer service excellence focus
- Smart Serve Certification
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to lift forty pounds regularly
