Role & Responsibilities Preparation and verification of daily cash reports Ensuring accurate cash, debit and credit card transactions Coordinate orders and inventory with Chef Interacts with customers and maintains the highest level of customer service Placing and receiving food orders Listen and respond to customer complaints Ensure the concession area is clean and organized at all times Relieve attendants and handle preparation of food items as required Demonstrate a positive attitude and good communication skills Ensure a high level of customer service Assisting guests with selection of Food & Beverage products and taking payment Required Skills & Qualifications Detail oriented with good communication skills POS system experience is an asset Cash handling experience Strong customer service skills Some accounting experience an asset and experience with Word and Excel To honour our commitment to be “Always Honest” all employees must consent to a criminal record check Strong customer service and cash handling skills Second language an asset Food Safe certification and Pro Serve an asset Maintains a calm demeanour during periods of high volume or unusual events Punctual with an excellent attendance record The starting wage for this role is $21.00/hour About Us We’re more than a hospitality and attractions company.
