Pick health food orders and assist arriving clients with English, Mandarin, or Cantonese communication. Work flexibly in Delta for an international distribution company.
Express Employment Professionals, Delta, is hiring a Customer Support / Order Picker for a flex part to full time schedule. This opportunity is open to entry-level applicants and fresh graduates. Retail, warehouse, or other experience may be considered, with customer service attitude valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick customer health food orders from a small warehouse
- Provide customer service during client order pickups
- Communicate with Chinese-speaking and English-speaking distributors
Requirements:
- Possess English skills for customer and workplace communication
- Good verbal Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset
- Maintain professional, proactive, and positive conduct
- Organize details and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Work within a team and supportive environment
Use bilingual communication, careful order picking, and customer service skills to support health food clients throughout their scheduled pickups.
