Job Title Solutions Architect Overview CTO.ai is a workflow automation platform that simplifies developer operations so your growing team can measurably improve delivery velocity and hit launch dates. The SaaS product empowers software development teams to compose an internal developer platform for any cloud powered by measurable workflows, which can be easily distributed across the team to standardize best practices, enabling consistent & measurable productivity, regardless of experience level. About the Opportunity We’re currently looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join our Customer Success Team to ensure the successful implementation of our SaaS product to our customers. Responsibilities Collaborate with Customer Success and Solution Architects to create detailed technical proposals and proof of concepts. Partner with Engineering to successfully implement solutions. Engage with clients to understand their pain points and translate them into platform capabilities. Work closely with Product to incorporate user feedback into the roadmap. Support a client‑facing role and coordinate with the project team. Qualifications Strong DevOps or Platform Engineering experience with technologies such as AWS, CI/CD, Terraform, CDK, and Kubernetes. Proficiency in one or more programming languages, including Typescript; experience with Python, Node, and Golang is a plus. Experience in client work, solving complex customer challenges.
