Queen City Distillery – Assistant Store Manager Join to apply for the Queen City Distillery – Assistant Store Manager role at Brandt Group of Companies Location: Regina, Saskatchewan Queen City Distillery is currently seeking to fill the role for an Assistant Manager for our Regina location. The Assistant Manager supports daily retail and inventory operations by overseeing staff scheduling, maintaining a strong floor presence, assisting with inventory control, and managing purchase orders and stock receiving. This role ensures smooth operational flow and high standards of customer service and compliance. Duties & Responsibilities Prepare and adjust weekly staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage; coordinate with team members regarding availability and shift changes. Act as a visible leader on the sales floor, supporting staff and engaging with customers. Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve in-the-moment issues or questions. Support inventory manager with regular stock counts and reconciliations; identify and report stock discrepancies. Receive and verify incoming stock against purchase orders; organize and stock products in backroom and sales areas. Issue purchase orders once vendor quotes are approved; liaise with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Assist with training, store opening/closing, and ensure strict adherence to SLGA compliance and ID verification protocols by all team members. Maintain store standards and assist with compliance and safety protocols.
