Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound calls regarding account and service inquiries

• Update customer accounts and tickets accurately
• Teach customers about self-service options for Wi-Fi
Requirements:
• High School Diploma is mandatory
• At least one year of customer service experience
• Familiarity with internet and Wi-Fi technology

• Patient and dependable in high-pressure situations
