As a Customer Service employee in the Insurance sector, you’ll offer loan insurance solutions that will protect clients’ assets. You’ll have a positive impact on clients with your advisory skills and your experience ensuring client loyalty. Youtube VideoYour role Answering calls from customers Identify protection and assistance needs Offer solutions to protect their assets Build customer loyalty using a consultative approach Contribute to team objectives Refer customers to the appropriate sector for specialized needs Our Client Contact Centre is open Monday to Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.. You'll work a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week. Your work schedule is variable and you'll be informed of your schedule three weeks in advance. You’ll be able to experience the call centre environment and get to know your colleagues. Your on-the-job training will focus on learning how to help clients over the phone.
