Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Service Desk (HRSD) Solution Lead with in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module and be able to manage the full end-to-end implementation and optimization of HR solutions within ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and implement HRSD solutions using ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform.
  • Provide expertise in COE (Centers of Excellence) structures , ensuring alignment with organizational processes.
  • Configure and manage HR agent workspace and streamline HR approval workflows .
  • Manage HR lifecycle events from onboarding to offboarding within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Oversee the configuration and optimization of the Employee Central Portal to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Work closely with HR and IT teams to ensure that all ServiceNow HRSD solutions meet business requirements and are aligned with industry best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the ServiceNow HRSD module, ensuring minimal disruption to HR services.
  • Provide ongoing support, documentation, and training for HRSD solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module.
  • Expertise in COE structures , HR agent workspace , HR approval workflows , and HR lifecycle events .
  • Experience with Employee Central Portal configuration.
  • Proven ability to manage full-cycle ServiceNow HRSD implementations, from initial scoping to post-go-live support.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • HR process and technology acumen, with an emphasis on process optimization and automation.
