Industrial Mechanics Engineer (CEP) - RTFT Join our industrial mechanics team working in mining and related heavy industries at BBA Consultants. About the role You’ll be exposed to material handling, maintenance, pumping, machine safety, and more. You’ll develop your skills working on various projects under supervision of experienced engineers and play a key role in all phases of onsite engineering projects. Key responsibilities Assist experienced staff with complex technical issues Supervise work and commissioning of designed systems Perform in-plant technical information surveys and calculations Coordinate onsite teams Prepare plans and specifications Help prepare proposals Qualifications Certified member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (CEP) University degree in mechanical engineering Interest in the heavy industry sector Available for frequent travel to client sites on the South Shore Relevant experience or interest in working on industrial sites Fluency in spoken and written French and ability to draft technical documents in French What we offer Annual base salary and premium program for regular employees Onsite mobility premium, time bank, cellphone program Group insurance plan, retirement savings plan, vacation and sick leave Employee Referral program bonus Company culture BBA is one of Canada’s leading private consulting engineering firms with over 45 years of experience.
