Support Nike retail operations as an Athlete by managing back-of-house activities and specific sales areas. Communicate effectively while helping drive commercial success.
As a Co-op Athlete, you will learn across store departments and support daily retail execution. The work includes shipping and receiving, floor stocking, cleaning, visual displays, and Nike product knowledge. You will assist teammates, Leads, Senior Associates, and Managers while supporting premium service, smooth store functioning, and loss prevention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage back-of-house activities
- Support assigned sales areas and commercial success
- Perform shipping, receiving, stocking, and cleaning duties
- Build visual displays when necessary
- Assist daily operations and loss prevention efforts
Requirements:
- Communicate effectively with teammates and customers
- Perform physical movements and stand for extended periods
- Accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Maintain flexible availability for retail hours
Bring Nike brand knowledge, customer service, and retail operations support to the Athlete position across daily store activities.
