What we offer Hourly pay for this position is to start at CAD26 /hr, plus overtime after 44 hours. Vacation, benefits and a RRSP matching program. A dynamic & rewarding work environment that is also a lot of fun Job Description We are looking for a Yard Team Lead to join our team in Sault St. Marie, Ontario You will play a crucial role in maintaining productivity while fostering a safe and organized work environment. What you’re responsible for Organizing clamp coordinating daily yard activities to ensure efficiency. Assigning tasks to yard employees and monitoring workflow to meet daily operational goals. Providing hands on support and guidance to team members. vakar Ensuring materials are sorted, processed and handled properly. Motivating and encouraging employees to maintain productivity. Communicating expectations and ensuring tasks are carried out accordingly. Ensuring compliance with company policies and identifying opportunities for improvement. Qualifications To join our team: You have a minimum 2 years experience as a Team Lead. You have previous experience in a recycling, industrial, construction or manufacturing environment. You have priororaa extrial experience with heavy equipmentjsonp (forklift, loader, etc.) is an asset. You have strong leadership and problem‑solving skills, and the ability to make quick decisions. You have hands‑on experience with yard equipment, material handling, or heavy machinery. YouIndirect securely work in a physically demanding and fact-paced environment.
