As part of the hybrid team, you will partner with diverse stakeholders to clarify CRIMS requirements and configure workflows. Your role is crucial for ensuring effective communication across teams and for documenting compliance processes accurately. Additionally, you will participate in testing and provide ongoing support for trading operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Translate business needs into cohesive functional requirements
• Collaborate with Traders and business teams on CRIMS documentation
• Oversee system integration and user acceptance testing
• Maintain communication with vendors and external teams
• Support production issue resolution and process analysis
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum 4 years of relevant analytical experience
• Preferred 3 years in Order Execution Management Systems
• Solid understanding of trading and compliance regulations
• SQL knowledge and familiarity with C#.NET technology
