Job Title Analyst, Supply Planning Company Mondelēz International Job Description The Analyst, Supply Planning is responsible for production planning of SKUs on specific manufacturing assets. This includes mid‑term and long‑term planning to final scheduling, and working closely with plant operations, suppliers, and demand teams to ensure a proper flow of information and operational execution. Key Responsibilities Develop short‑ and long‑term end‑to‑end supply chain plans for items produced internally and externally Meet KPIs such as customer fill rate, finished goodsాక inventory levels, and waste objectives Perform root‑cause analysis to improve the planning process Maintain the integrity of system data and information for supply planning Deliver master and detailed schedules, long‑range plans, and material requirement plans using system tools Support and implement improvements in planning to improve customer fill rate, inventory targets, and waste reduction Work closely with internal and external.drawn manufacturing, marketing, sales, materials, and replenishment functions to deliver category goals Participate in and/or lead supply review meetings \ cordless; Qualifications Experience in a FMCG/CPG environment, preferably where shelf life is a constraint Experience in an IBP/S&OP environment Able to influence cross‑functional teams and improve the plan Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills, including data interpretation Team player who collaborates across multiple functions daily Comprehensive supply chain, economic, financial, or logistics experience with strong business acumen Willingness to learn new ways of working and use data and systems hands‑on Experience driving supply reviews and participating in an IBP cycle Knowledge of best‑practice supply planning and end‑to‑end supply chain concepts Excellent verbal and written communication skills Education & Certifications Post‑secondary education or applicable work experienceAPICs preferred Job Specific Requirements Manufacturing or operations experience (3–5 years) Travel RequirementsMinimal Work Schedule Monday to Friday, hybrid Compensation & Benefits The expected base salary range is $76,800 to $96,000 CAD, plus a competitive bonus program with a target of 8% and potential for overachievement.
