Based in Montreal and reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role sits at the intersection of storytelling, culture, and brand reputation—driving measurable impact across earned media, consumer connection, and industry credibility. You’ll partner closely with the Senior Leadership Team and cross‑functional partners across Creative, Marketing, Commercial, and International markets to ensure Moose Knuckles’ voice cuts through the noise with bold ideas and meaningful connections. The ideal candidate is a dynamic communicator with deep relationships in fashion, lifestyle, and culture, and an instinct for what moves people—both in headlines and in hearts. Public Relations Leadership Lead the development and execution of global PR strategies that build awareness, strengthen brand equity, and deliver measurable results across key markets. Manage global agency partners in North America, Europe, and Asia to ensure message consistency and excellence in execution. Partner with Brand Creative and Campaign teams to amplify seasonal storytelling through powerful earned media activations. Develop media moments that position Moose Knuckles as a leading voice in luxury fashion, culture, and innovation. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with top‑tier editors, journalists, stylists, and cultural commentators. Represent the brand in key cultural circles – fashion weeks, events and collaborations. Corporate Communications Lead corporate and executive communications efforts that enhance Moose Knuckles’ reputation within the fashion industry and business community. Partner with the Senior Leadership Team to craft thought leadership, industry narratives, and internal/external communications. Support organizational storytelling—elevating the company’s brand purpose, values, and global initiatives through clear and inspiring messaging. Develop proactive strategies for reputation management and media response. Community Management & Engagement Deliver strategic plans to grow and engage community building greater brand affinity and loyalty. Monitor sentiment, cultural conversations, and emerging trends to inform community content and brand response Develop cross‑functional seasonal community plans to deliver value across all channels and experiences. Some of what you’ll need: 6–8+ years of experience in PR, communications, and/or marketing—ideally within luxury, contemporary fashion, or streetwear. Deep understanding of global media and influencer ecosystems with proven experience managing agency networks. A strategic thinker with a track record of developing earned media campaigns that drive both brand heat and commercial impact. Highly connected across culture—music, fashion, sport, art, and digital with the ability to translate cultural moments into brand relevance. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a sharp editorial eye. Demonstrated success in corporate communications, including executive messaging and reputation management. Creative problem solver who thrives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment. Strong collaborator who leads through influence, fosters relationships, and thrives in cross‑functional teamwork.
