Job Description: We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a post-processing staff member for orthotics. This role involves the crucial final steps in creating custom foot orthotics, crafting, and modifying pieces according to prescriptions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret instructions to determine specifications and work required for each orthotic.
- Apply the finishing touches to foot orthotics, ensuring they are ready for patient use.
- Glue material elements onto the orthotic as needed.
- Add stabilizers to the orthotics according to prescribed measurements, ensuring proper alignment and support for the patient.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following all safety guidelines and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
