Senior Manager, Land Development & Municipal Engineering Join WSP in Canada. The Senior Manager role in the Land Development & Municipal Engineering department, located in Kamloops, BC, will lead a team of professionals, technicians, and support staff in project delivery. The Opportunity WSP seeks an experienced Senior Manager to provide technical, managerial, and financial leadership, and client management for our business practice. The role involves managing multiple projects, maintaining high quality, and driving business development. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement business development strategies, coordinating with internal business lines. Manage and deliver land development and municipal infrastructure projects, including reporting, proposal writing, client liaison, and project management. Monitor workload and staffing levels to meet utilization targets and balance workloads across the department. Accountable for overall financial and operational performance of the department, including KPI achievement. Provide effective leadership and collaboration with other disciplines. Lead, develop, and empower a diverse group of professionals and technical support staff. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications University degree in Civil Engineering. Registered as a Professional Engineer in BC. Minimum 15 years of experience in project management of preliminary and detailed design assignments. 5+ years of managing and mentoring technical staff. Experience in an engineering consulting environment (asset). Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and customer relationship skills. Excellent technical, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Compensation Salary range in British Columbia: $136,200 - $187,200. Benefits Inclusive and belonging culture.
