Job Summary As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will collaborate closely with developers to support a wide range of applications, automating repetitive tasks and ensuring high availability. You will drive infrastructure as code, mentor peers, and shape technical direction while maintaining incident response and long‑term solutions. Who We’re Looking For – Responsibilities & Qualifications We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about automation and capable of: Automating deployment and operational workflows. Responding quickly to incidents while preventing future issues. Shaping the technical direction of our platform. Mentoring peers and collaborating across teams. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Deep experience with AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, EKS, RDS) in production environments. Hands‑on experience managing Kubernetes clusters and deploying applications. Strong Linux expertise and system‑level troubleshooting skills. Solid understanding of system administration, security best practices, and data management. Proven experience monitoring and optimizing large‑scale enterprise web applications. Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible, Packer, AWS CloudFormation. Proficiency in at least one programming language and scripting for automation. Strong analytical skills and root cause analysis experience. Comfortable working in agile environments, including code reviews and testing.
