In the Meat Wrapper role, you'll work closely with the Meat Supervisor to provide excellent service and manage meat presentation. Your responsibilities will include ensuring product quality, cleanliness, and engaging with customers effectively. Striving for excellence in your duties supports Calgary Co-op's commitment to community and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide customer service through effective communication
• Perform all meat wrapping and display tasks efficiently
• Monitor product quality and manage markdowns
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the department
• Engage in inventory tasks and merchandise ordering
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 9 or equivalent experience
• Previous retail experience with customer service focus
• English fluency, CLBA score of 5 or higher
• Desired experience in meat wrapping
• Knowledge of ordering and receiving practices
