Enhance the dining experience for seniors at Sienna's The Barrieview as a dedicated Server. This role focuses on meal preparation, hospitality service, and maintaining a welcoming environment while nurturing meaningful relationships with residents.
As a Server at The Barrieview, you will engage directly with residents, supporting their health and well-being through attentive dining service. You will be responsible for setting, serving, and cleaning dining tables while adhering to cleanliness standards. Your contribution will help build a culture where seniors live fulfilling lives every day.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide hospitality-style dining service using the Ready, Set, Serve Program
• Assist with food preparation and presentation under the Chef's guidance
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
• Promote a la carte and wine service sales effectively
• Participate in emergency preparedness drills and training
Requirements:
• Smart Serve designation or equivalent required
• One year experience in dining room service
• Safe Food Handling Certification preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Eligible to work in Canada and pass background checks
