Join Crown's manufacturing facility in the Foothills Industrial Park to operate automated machines in the production of aluminum cans. This full-time position requires effective teamwork, continuous quality checks, and mechanical maintenance of production equipment. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and meeting high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate automated machinery for aluminum can manufacturing
• Perform mechanical maintenance on production equipment
• Conduct continuous quality checks throughout production
• Keep supervisors updated on equipment status and issues
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workplace
Requirements:
• 3+ years of production experience in manufacturing
• Valid forklift license and mechanical aptitude
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts
• Attention to detail and dependable attendance
