You'll lead strategic delivery initiatives, empower teams, and collaborate across the organization to create player-first solutions that fuel growth and reinforce brand trust. While guiding technology modernization and architecture, your focus will be on leadership, alignment, and driving results. What You'll Do Lead and Inspi re: Coach and mentor technology professionals, foster a culture of accountability, and champion change resilience. Drive Strategic Delive ry: Oversee multi-vendor portfolios, enable agile practices, and ensure transparency in execution. Collaborate for Impa ct: Partner with senior leaders to align technology initiatives with business priorities and growth strategies. Shape Technology Directi on: Guide enterprise architecture and modernization efforts to support scalable, secure platforms. Ensure Governance & Risk Managem ent: Maintain roadmaps, governance frameworks, and compliance standards. Budget & Resource Managem ent: Oversee departmental budgets, resource allocation, and vendor contracts to ensure cost-effective delivery.
