Responsibilities Design, implement, and support complex security solutions for cloud and infrastructure for clients Lead and contribute to cybersecurity initiatives including threat detection, data protection, and endpoint security Deploy and manage Microsoft security technologies including but not limited to: Microsoft Purview for data governance and compliance Microsoft Sentinel and MXDR for threat detection and response Microsoft Defender stack (Endpoint, Server, Cloud) for comprehensive protection Microsoft Entra ID, IAM, internal and external identity, Active Directory, GPO Microsoft Intune, Mobile Device Management (MDM), endpoint protection policy, mobile application policy (MAM), endpoint hardening best practices Build and optimize security architecture across hybrid environments Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to assess risks and implement mitigation strategies Provide technical guidance and documentation to clients and internal teams Stay current on emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement Attend internal MNP courses to further develop knowledge around performance improvement Assist in building security offerings and go‑to‑market plans Work collaboratively with peers and other technology teams on responding to RFPs or client business development needs Skills and Experience Possess a Post‑Secondary Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting Hands‑on experience with the Microsoft Security stack, Azure, Entra ID, Sentinel and Microsoft 365 security tools Strong understanding of data security (Microsoft Purview), compliance, and governance frameworks Experience with build security and deployment automation Familiarity with endpoint protection, server hardening, and cloud security best practices Excellent communication and client‑facing skills Relevant certifications (e.g., DP‑900, SC‑200, SC‑400, CISSP, CCSP) are an asset Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends French is an asset Rewards @ MNP With a focus on high‑potential earnings, MNP offers customized rewards that support our unique culture and a balanced lifestyle to thrive at work and outside of the office.
