Nazarian Law, a technology-driven Toronto-based law firm, is expanding its Family Law practice, and currently looking for a talented and experienced Family Lawyer to join our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities:


The Family Lawyer will:


  • Produce domestic contracts unique to the client's circumstances (prenuptial and cohabitation agreements)
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediation, and negotiations.
  • Provide legal advice concerning family law matters such as divorce, parenting, child support, spousal support, and property settlements.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents, including but not limited to, pleadings, motions, and agreements.
  • Develop case strategies based on the client's needs and potential outcomes.
  • Conduct legal research to support case preparation and keep current with recent developments in family law.


Qualifications:


  • Licensed to practice law in Ontario.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in Family Law.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in managing multiple cases with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a professional demeanour.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • A demonstrated commitment to ethics and integrity.
  • Proficient in legal research tools and software.
