We are currently looking for a training facilitator in Regina, SK to join our team. The minimum requirement for this position is a degree in a field relevant to mental health (i.e., social work, counselling, psychology, etc.). There are opportunities to facilitate our existing courses in areas such as trauma-informed care, de-escalation, addictions, compassion fatigue/burn out, crisis response, etc. This is a contract position with opportunities to facilitate at least monthly to primarily non-profit organizations in Regina and surrounding area. All facilitators must commit to facilitating courses from trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, harm reduction, person-centred, and strengths-based perspectives. Qualifications A bachelors or masters degree in social work, psychology, or a related field. Knowledge and experience in trauma-informed care. Knowledge and experience in the following areas is an asset: de-escalation, addictions, compassion fatigue/burnout, and crisis response. 3+ years of experience working in mental health applying trauma-informed principles. Experience facilitating trainings, workshops, etc. or public speaking. Ability to work independently and manage personal tasks and schedule.
