We are looking for a Senior Compliance Specialistto support the development and execution of our enterprise risk management practices. This role will assist senior leaders in implementing frameworks, conducting assessments, and ensuring compliance with OSFI guidelines. You will play a key role in monitoring risks, supporting third-party oversight, and preparing regulatory reports, while collaborating with the Home Office and across business units. Responsibilities Assist in maintaining the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and regulatory requirements. Support risk identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting activities across financial, operational, and strategic areas. Assist in ORSA compliance by preparing documentation, supporting stress and scenario testing. Prepare risk dashboards, KRIs, and reports for senior management and committees. Assist in ORSA compliance by preparing documentation, supporting stress and scenario testing, and ensuring timely submission of ORSA reports to OSFI. - Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Support the implementation of the Third-Party Risk Management Framework in line with OSFI B‑10 and corporate guidelines. Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for third-party vendors; maintain inventories and risk registers. Assist in monitoring third-party performance, compliance, and contractual obligations. Collaborate with IT and Security teams to monitor technology and cyber risks, including third-party controls, per OSFI Guideline B‑13. Help track remediation actions and maintain documentation for audits and regulatory reviews. - Regulatory Reporting & Compliance Assist in preparing reports and documentation for OSFI and internal audits. Support incident reporting processes and ensure readiness for supervisory reviews. - Policy & Governance Help maintain risk policies, standards, and procedures. Provide administrative and analytical support for risk committees and governance activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, actuarial science, risk management, or related field. Minimum 3 years in financial sector; exposure to OSFI guidelines and third-party risk preferred. Strong technical and analytical ability, attention to detail, and proficiency in risk reporting tools. CRM designation or progress toward it is an asset. Entrepreneurial, self-motivated and the ability to adapt and provide creative solutions. Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task. Excellent oral and written English communication skills. Working knowledge of French and/or German considered an asset. Proficient in use of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word & Outlook). Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced team environment.
