The Navadian CHALLENGE : Plan digital projects according to available budgets, timelines, and resources Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (IT, innovation, operations, suppliers) Organize and lead follow-up meetings, and manage risks and changes Track project progress and document variances in project management tools (e.g. Monday.com) Prepare progress reports and performance indicators for steering committees Gather and analyze business needs, and oversee implementation and deployment phases Coordinate training, post-implementation support, and adoption follow-up Identify and implement continuous improvements to processes and tools Navada is the sum of ingenious talents forming a winning equation for over 55 years .
