In this role, your advanced knowledge of new technologies will allow you to optimize and improve our processes, translate requisitioners' requirements into technical requirements, and you will be in charge of improving, simplifying or optimizing operational problem‑solving processes. Responsibilities Advise partners and translate their needs into clear, traceable functional requirements Draft and validate functional analyses, produce documentation (use cases, diagrams) and keep it up to date Work with Developers to design and integrate solutions into the existing environment Carry out functional tests, support acceptance testing and resolve technical problems Define needs related to APIs (REST, SOAP), design integration flows and ensure consistency in discussions Test, document and ensure API governance (catalogue, versioning, security) Team & Work Environment The IT and Operations team is more than 5,500 specialists who work agile, proactively and collaboratively to seize opportunities, stay on the cutting edge of technology and continuously improve processes. You are part of a large team of 19 colleagues in the Wealth Management sector and will report to the Manager of the Maintenance and Internal Development team at the manufacture and Retail Train.
