About the Role We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Client Success Manager (CSM) who is passionate about helping others succeed. In this role, you’ll work directly with real estate professionals and mortgage brokers to ensure they fully leverage our webinar systems and achieve meaningful results. You’ll guide clients from onboarding through implementation and optimization, becoming their go-to expert for support, strategy, and accountability. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, engagement, and retention Deliver onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching to ensure proper execution of our webinar marketing systems Monitor client META Campaign performance data and provide insights to drive campaign improvements Troubleshoot issues, answer client questions, and offer proactive solutions Coordinate across internal teams (ads, operations, and creative) to ensure client success Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with the sales team when appropriate Maintain organized records, follow-ups, and performance documentation using internal tools and CRMs Required Qualifications 1+ years background in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Ability to interpret data and offer actionable insights to clients Familiarity with Facebook Ad Manager is a strong asset Experience in real estate, mortgage, or digital marketing is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred Benefits Dental care Extended health care Life insurance Work Location: Remote Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Marketing and Sales Industries: Advertising Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
