As a Sales Associate, you will embody The Home Depot’s mission to deliver top-notch customer service. Your role includes assisting customers in finding the right products for their projects and educating them about available options and services. Building your own product knowledge will be essential for guiding customers effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and engage every customer with friendliness
• Guide customers to appropriate products and solutions
• Determine project needs through open questioning
• Promote services like Pro Desk and Tool Rental
• Execute daily maintenance of stock and displays
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years of retail or trade experience is advantageous
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Eagerness to learn about products in multiple departments
• Open to flexible schedules, including weekends and evenings
You will thrive in an engaging role focusing on driving customer satisfaction and acquiring product knowledge at The Home Depot.
