What You Will Do As a Senior Technical Consultant (ITAM/ITOM) in our ServiceNow practice, you will use strong business acumen and be a key member of a high performing team. You’ll be learning from some of the best in the industry and growing your personal skill set by: Developing, setting up, and tailoring ServiceNow applications for both new and existing deployments covering ITAM or ITOM applications. Establishing and configuring functional data, including notifications and service level agreements. Creating and setting up script objects such as business rules, script includes, UI policies and actions, client scripts, and ACLs, as well as creating or modifying tables and their relationships. Establishing interfaces between ServiceNow and other platforms based on integration opportunities identified by solution architects. Conducting design, development, unit testing, and troubleshooting system and integration testing. Documenting the design, development processes, unit test cases, and implementation plans. Advising on administration settings and best practices. Collaborating effectively within diverse teams in an inclusive culture that values individual contributions. What You Bring To The Role At least 3‑5 years of experience with ServiceNow, including development and configuration. ServiceNow certifications CIS‑ITOM or CIS‑ITAM. Proficient in ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and REST/SOAP Web Services. Understanding and experience with business rules, script includes, UI actions, and all scripted components of ServiceNow. Ability to customize the ServiceNow user interface and Service Portal using UI pages, CMS, CSS, and Service Portal widgets. Knowledgeable in integrations and migrations. Strong understanding of ServiceNow administration settings, with extensive functional and technical expertise of the platform, and experience in delivering medium to large‑scale implementations. Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively. Comfortable working in an agile environment that emphasizes continuous feedback and team interaction, with the ability to perform under high pressure. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field from an accredited college/university, or equivalent work experience. A Master’s or MBA is an asset. Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills. Fluency in French, both spoken and written, will be strongly considered. KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information The expected base salary range for this position is $73,000 to $100,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications.
