As a Retail Associate within our boutiques, you will be part of the team responsible for delivering extraordinary client experiences and supporting sales opportunities. THE ROLES Support the Service Counter team to enable efficient and elevated experiences Support the Atelier team to enable Everyday Luxury experiences Curate our merchandise assortment and support a seamless retail environment As a Style Advisor, you will: Sell clothes and build client confidence through styling expertise Create meaningful, memorable experiences for clients Build personalized connections to enhance loyalty and affinity to Aritzia As a Service Advisor, you will: Welcome clients and direct them to the appropriate service Prepare products for processing Process transactions efficiently and accurately Package products for an elevated opening experience Support operations at the Service Counter As an Inventory Associate, you will: Process shipments accurately and efficiently Manage product placement in the backroom Maintain product display standards Support cross-channel shopping experiences As a Merchandiser, you will: Handle shipments and place products on the sales floor Translate product stories and validate display standards Support seamless operations across Clients, Product, Space, Risk, and Operations THE QUALIFICATIONS A sense of individual style Commitment to learning and applying Aritzia's values and leadership principles Ability to collaborate effectively Focus on quality and results that add value THE COMPENSATION The typical range is $20-$30 per hour.
