PAL Airlines is searching for a diligent part-time Cargo Agent to join its team in St. John's. This role requires a strong focus on customer service combined with warehouse responsibilities. Candidates with prior airline ground or cargo operations experience will be preferred, especially those holding RAIC or AVOP certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accept and manage cargo with attention to detail
• Screen, scan, and sort cargo efficiently
• Perform various warehouse tasks as required
• Load and unload aircraft in diverse weather
• Provide internal and external customer support
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in customer service or warehouse
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities for quick decisions
• Capacity for independent and team-based work
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting and obtain clear Record of Conduct
